Top Canadian Land Casinos

Oh, Canada! In this amazingly expansive country that offers so many wonders of the world, you can add some of the world's best casinos to that list.

Whether you prefer a casual, easy-going environment, or you're more interested in an upscale and elegant experience, Canada's land casinos have it all.

It was a challenge to choose only these casinos, but we used several criteria: gaming options, obviously, but also striking architecture and design, fine dining, entertainment, hotels and amazing locations. And, of course, we wanted to cover as much of Canada as possible, geographically speaking, as well.

So if you're planning a Canadian land gambling foray, check out our picks and see if you agree with our choices. These aren't really in any particular order, as each casino is so unique and offers its own special advantages.

Land-based casinos have a lot to offer but, if you're looking to play online, Spin Palace is our first pick.

Northlands Park

Edmonton, Alberta is home to one of the most popular casino venues and entertainment complexes in Canada. Northlands Park is not only known for its casino but has an incredible Horse Racing track, Alberta A Circuit, which hosts some of the best races throughout the year. As for the casino, Northlands Park have a more slot machine based venue with over 550 different slot machines on offer. Don't worry, that's not all they have for the customers to indulge in, as electronic table games are also available. Although there aren't many other games on offer at this casino, the promotions and jackpots running certainly make up for that. Giving opportunities to customers to win huge cash prizes and free trips is something that makes Northlands Park a favourite with the public. This casino and entertainment complex is certainly worth exploring.
